BOAT & WATERCRAFT RENTALs

We do not rent watercraft to the general public, only to registered guests of Clear Lake Cottages and Marina. We currently are making available waverunners, bass boats and pontoon boats. Registered guests must be 21 years old to rent any watercraft.
In order to make a reservation, you must be a guest with an existing cottage reservation.

Key policies / prohibited activities per our insurance include: 
No smoking, no alcoholic beverages, no pets, no docking at any other location than our designated docking area for rental watercraft at our marina, no children under the age of 3, and life jackets must be worn at all times.

A rental deposit of 1/2 of your rental amount is due at the time of making a watercraft reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, your boat reservation fee will be returned to you. If you cancel between 14 days and 8 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less from your arrival date you will be charged the full amount of your rental, including tax.  

A $500 deposit must be authorized on the guest's credit card prior to your rental, and guests must read, sign and abide by all safety operating procedures, as outlined in our rental agreement and as demonstrated and described by our staff.
Rental time periods are from 9 AM to completion of rental by 7 PM. We do not rent boats to guests on the date of guest arrival, as we have limited staff and check-in is not until 3 PM.
