Clear Lake Cottages and Marina proudly offers our registered guests the high-end luxury 24 foot 115 HP Avalon LSZ Rear Lounger pontoon, which includes blue tooth stereo connectivity, seating for up to 11, full rear lounge seats and two fore lounge seats, a swim deck and bimini sun top.

Please note: Dogs are not allowed on our pontoon boats

Our rental prices include a full tank of gas:

Weekday Rates (Sunday to Thursday):

• 2 Hours - $320 (plus tax)
• 4 Hours - $450 (plus tax)
• 8 Hours - $620 (plus tax)

Weekend Rates (Friday & Saturday):

• 2 Hours 

- $340 (plus tax)

• 4 Hours - $470 (plus tax)
• 8 Hours - $640 (plus tax)

 
In order to make a reservation, you must be a guest with an existing cottage reservation.

A rental deposit of 1/2 of your rental amount is due at the time of making a watercraft reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, your boat reservation fee will be returned to you. If you cancel between 14 days and 8 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less from your arrival date you will be charged the full amount of your rental, including tax.  

Key policies / prohibited activities per our insurance include: No smoking, no alcoholic beverages, no pets, no docking at any other location than our designated docking area for rental watercraft at our marina, no children under the age of 3, and life jackets must be worn at all times.
A $500 deposit must be authorized on the guest's credit card prior to your rental, and guests must read, sign and abide by all safety operating procedures, as outlined in our rental agreement and as demonstrated and described by our staff.
