Fishers can enjoy catching a variety of fish including largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and channel catfish. Clear Lake State Park has been hailed as the nation's number one spot for bass fishing!
There are a variety of hiking trails throughout the park with beautiful views. Hikes vary in length from a moderate half-mile hike to 2.5 mile hikes and more!
The Visitors Center is a great place to visit to learn more about the area's natural and cultural history. In the Visitors Center you can visit their aquarium with some of the lake's fish species. You can also stop by their gift shop to take home a memento of your trip for you or a loved one.
Four campgrounds are available for use and can fit a maximum camper or trailer length of 35 feet. Each site has their own table, fire ring, and food storage box. There are nearby restrooms by each site with pay showers and flushable toilets. Many of the sites offer easy access to multiple hiking trails, beaches, and great fishing spots.
